Proceeds from this run provides essential funding to CN Guidance and Counseling Services and to the nearly 4,800 children, adults, and families we serve annually. CN Guidance & Counseling Services of Hicksville has been helping Long Islanders living with mental health and substance use disorders for over 45 years. Your registration helps us to be able to continue to meet the every growing need for our services. Thank you!

Pre Race Day: $20 Adults / $10 Youth 16 & Under / FREE Kids' Fun Run
Day of Race $25 (all participants)
This exciting annual run begins at 8:30 AM outside our offices and continues through the streets of Hicksville and Bethpage. The flat, fast course 5K run is open to participants 10 years of age and older. In addition, a Fun Run course is available for children up to 12 years of age.
All Runday participants receive free refreshments, a commemorative t-shirt, computerized finish times and an opportunity to win one of twenty-three awards, trophies, and/or certificates. CN’s Runday event is recognized on the Long Island Grand Prix events calendar.
All paying runners will receive one raffle ticket! This year’s grand prize raffle is $500.

Trophies to top 3 Male and Female Overall and Masters finishers. Awards for the top 3 Male and Female finishers in each 5 year age group, as well as, the top 3 finishers in the Clydesdale/Athena and wheelchair categories.
