ABOUT
Picture this: it's 1928, and five daring women - Marylou Jackson, Velma Jackson, Ethyl Miller, Leolya Nelson, and Constance White - set off on a thrilling adventure to bike from Harlem, New York, all the way to Washington, DC. Their passion for the great outdoors drove them to take on this epic journey, and they even challenged other women to follow in their footsteps.
Fast forward to today, Major Knox Adventures and Run 4 All Women have joined forces in the 4th 1928 Legacy Tour Virtual Challenge to honor the rich legacy of women of color in the outdoors and make a positive impact on youth from communities experiencing chronic trauma.
