Each week complete at least a 5K (3.1 Miles) over the seven days.
Run/Walk your miles Monday - Sunday each week.
Begin uploading miles on Monday at 10AM. You can upload a morning run/walk and then an evening run/walk; however you get your miles in is up to you!
Last day to log miles each week is Sunday by 7PM.
You can upload up to 2 photos a day.
Results and photos shareable on social media.
